better

So my knee is much much better. I only walked today just to make sure I did't hurt it anymore, and I also did my strength training and kettle bells

Above is from yesterday I was in the middle of posting when Brian came home and distracted me

Today I ran/walked for 30minutes Sara called during my cool down and I forgot to stop my RunKeeper so I don't know all my stats.
